The guitar is in excellent condition, having had very little use since my customer had it new. The guitar has now been Set-up, with not only a replacement saddle, but also a new set of strings. Any use marking is minimal, with the very slightest play wear signs to the first 3 or 4 frets, and none to the fingerboard.
Now newly set-up, trussrod adjusted, together with replacement compensated saddle, and new set of strings. Excellent low action 1.75mm./2.25mm. at the 12th. fret.
Maker's original spec. included 12 gauge strings, so guitar has been re-strung with new set of Martin M140 Bronze Light Gauge 12-54 strings.
No case included.
