The guitar is in excellent condition, having had very little use since my customer had it new, so I have not carried out any overhaul work. Strings are probably the originals, and any use marking is minimal, with the very slightest play wear signs to the first 3 or 4 frets, and none to the fingerboard.
Excellent low action 1.5mm./1.75mm. at the 12th. fret.
Strings probably the originals...gauge not checked.
Case included is not original, and it's origin is not known...clearly designed to fit slightly different shape guitar, but takes this guitar with a little easing-in care....otherwise nice case, with some general wear to the exterior, one of the 4 latches missing (rear), but remaining 3 secure the case well, with the key and a small lead in the storage compartment.
