Without access to all the comparable dimensions for the Martin, the overall size/shape appears similar to the J-40 (apart from the radically shaped upper bout/15th. fret neck join). Similarly the Gibson J-185 has 16" body, similar Jumbo shape, but shorter 24 3/4" scale, whereas this "92" model has scale length similar to larger Super Jumbo bodied SJ-200.
Condition
Very good cosmetic condition, only minor surface play wear marking, but we consider that the guitar would benefit from re-fretting.

Please contact me for info., and preferably arrange to come and inspect in person.
Action, strings & cases
Existing set-up has not been adjusted, and the guitar has existing low action at the 12th. fret of around 1.75mm/2.25mm.

Existing fitted strings appear to be what Martin call Custom Light, 11-52 gauge Phosphor Bronze....my own preference would be o fit Light 12 gauge, and if the small additional tension did pull the neck up slightly, that would be no bad thing with such a low existing action, but it is anticipated that a buyer of a guitar of this calibre will wish to fit their own preferred choice of strings.

Very substantial hard case shown in photos, with key, is included.

Can't find any demo clips of this style of Rob Armstrong guitar, so have had to content myself with embedding & linking the clips of Armstrong small-bodied & 12-string guitars that are available, with thanks to Messrs. Robbie Rose, Phil Lewis & Phil Bigwood.
